Job Description

As we continue to build our profile and extend and deepen our relationships with a diversity of stakeholders, we are looking for a marketing executive to join our EMEA Marketing team. This person will work closely with EMEA Marketing Manager, Southern Europe Marketing Manager and EMEA Marketing Director to raise the profile of PubMatic and work on a variety of projects, from thought leadership programmes to on-the-ground events, in the UK and beyond. This role is a contractor role ( 6-month full-time)  and he/she will join our team in our London office. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ownership of events delivery: coordinating and supporting virtual/hybrid/on-the-ground/ hospitality events for external stakeholders, with end-to-end operational abilities (from speaker outreach through to on-the-ground delivery) 
  • Support B2B event marketing strategy and logistics, including the creation and oversight of timelines; venue selection; catering; transportation; set-up and run-of-show; contracts and billing 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, venues and partners  
  • Create reactive social content in relation to key events, as well as coordinate the design assets delivery and promotion to different audiences via social media channel 
  • Ownership and maintenance of admin including PR calendars, event calendars, reporting trackers; schedule external meetings; process invoices  
  • Work with Senior Marketing Managers to create post-activation reports. Lead on reporting analysis on marketing campaign results and explore innovative ways to improve. 
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop invitation lists and follow-up plans to ensure our events reach the right audiences  
  • Managing and regularly auditing the marketing content folder and materials library

Qualifications

  • up to 3 years  professional experience working in a broad range of marketing activities, from communications to events  
  • Events and conferences management 
  • B2B marketing knowledge preferred 
  • Fluency in English – written and verbal communications skills  
  • Digital savviness in terms of executing local campaigns over different tools and channels. 
  • Excellent PC proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or similar marketing platform)
