Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Product Management with a strong focus on digital advertising performance in the field of attention. As the VP of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and success of our digital advertising performance products, particularly in relation to attention metrics. You will lead a talented team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with clients and industry partners to develop innovative solutions that shape the future of digital advertising performance.


  1. Strategy and Vision:
  • Develop a compelling product strategy and roadmap for digital advertising performance with a specific focus on attention metrics.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a leading position in the industry.
  • Define and communicate a clear vision to internal stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.

    2.Product Development and Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers to successfully execute product initiatives.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features based on market demands and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver high-quality and scalable product solutions.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to ensure product offerings remain cutting-edge and address evolving industry challenges.

    3.Customer Engagement and Partnerships:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and industry partners, understanding their needs and pain points related to digital advertising performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership and guidance on attention measurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities.

    4.Industry Thought Leadership:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to digital advertising performance and attention metrics.
  • Represent DoubleVerify at industry conferences, events, and thought leadership forums.
  • Contribute to industry standards and best practices by actively participating in relevant industry groups and initiatives.


  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines).
  • 10+ years of experience in product management within the digital advertising industry, with a focus on performance optimization and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of attention metrics, viewability, and other key digital advertising performance concepts.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching complex, data-driven products at scale.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements in digital advertising performance.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.

The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$218,000 to $334,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
