About O&O Apps 

O&O Apps (Owned & Operated) is one of the fastest growing consumer businesses at InMobi. With over 50 million users and over 3 million daily users, our users are in love with our apps. 1Weather, our flagship product has been consistently ranked as one of the top 3 weather apps in USA. We are launching multiple new apps to further scale our business across the globe. 

Growth marketing team is a user obsessed team that works across the suite of apps to drive ROI driven user growth both in terms of new users and app usage. Metrics and experiments are the core DNA. 

We are looking out for a Rockstar performance marketing manager to run our RoAS driven user acquisition campaigns across of our own & operated suite of apps in North America. 

What will you be doing? 

  • Acquire RoAS driven users across a large suite of android apps ranging from news, games, weather, commerce, and many more 
  • Successfully manage & make the following channels of acquisition RoI +ve 
  • Cross Promotion 
  • Performance marketing 
  • Referrals/Invites 
  • Content – ASO 
  • Telco preloads  
  • Work extensively with data- campaign analytics, user behavior data, market trends and more. 
  • Work with creative teams to produce marketing assets for the campaigns.   
  • Run surveys and interviews to understand users better. 
  • Work closely with External Partners, Product, Tech and Business stakeholders to achieve business KPIs. 
  • Continuously innovate and run experiments to make the user engagement campaigns more relevant and enhance the user experience. 

What are we looking for? 

  • 5-7 years of experience in a user acquisition role of android apps 
  • Experienced in working across google ads, Facebook ads, DSPs, affiliates, networks, cross promotions 
  • Deep experience across attribution platforms like Appsflyer, analytics platforms like Moengage 
  • Experience in running growth channels including performance marketing 
  • BTech or equivalent degree from a Tier 1 institute, MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a plus. 
  • Experience in working in global markets- NA, LATAM, EU. 
  • Startup experience, brownie points for ex-entrepreneurs.  
  • High ownership with flawless execution
  • Excellent communication skills to drive collaboration and clarity between different stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable with technical documents such as API Documentation, writing PRDs, BRDs and collaborating with engineers.
