The APAC Marketing Manager is critical in delivering Marketing and Communication activities to increase the awareness and preference of the IAS brand among marketing leaders, agencies, publishers, partners and press.

The role will work closely with other marketing and communications team members in the region and globally to seamlessly communicate our product offering in the APAC region through tailored messaging. You will also be responsible for ensuring global consistency of brand experiences, while localising to your market. This is a core role to help educate the market and key influencers on how IAS technology is changing the way the advertising industry reaches consumers.

This person will help produce impactful marketing and communications plans for APAC, driving virtual, and when permitted, in person events, implementing social media and content creation to drive awareness and demand for IAS offerings.

What you will do:

  • Execute and continue to develop comprehensive strategic Integrated marketing and communication plans, and localize global strategies for the APAC market and in particular focussing on plans for Singapore, Indonesia, India, Japan and ANZ.
  • Localise messaging that differentiates IAS products with brands and agencies and play a central role from a storytelling standpoint
  • Collaborate with the global marketing and communication teams; maintaining an overall understanding of marketing and communication plans across the organization.
  • Partner closely with Sales to develop and create content for audiences, including events, webinars, collateral, blog posts and social media posting
  • Manage marketing budget for all APAC activities in conjunction with the APAC Marketing Director.
  • Ability to manage a full end to end integrated marketing campaign
  • Be accountable for measuring, evaluating, and reporting the APAC marketing results for all activity producing quarterly and annual reports.
  • Drive and manage online marketing and communications activities such as SEM and Paid Social
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in the markets and push IAS to the next level in terms of branding and market education.
  • Manage content of IAS owned media/platforms/tools such as The IAS Website and IAS Insider blog.


Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years adtech or martech experience in B2B Marketing and Communications with a media agency, publisher organisation or brand.
  • A genuine interest and awareness of the ad verification industry.
  • Proven experience in delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns, including virtual and in-person event management, content creation and social media execution.
  • Experience of the working with email marketing, webinar, website, social media systems and SEM e.g. Marketo, Sprout Social, Zoom, CMS, LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive strategic marketing activities to advance an organization’s awareness and demand for services
  • Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships with internal sales and customer success teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in partnering with diverse and remote teams
  • High attention to detail and proven delivery of quality work to budget and within the required project timeframe.
  • Excited to solve problems from start to finish: identify causes, recommend solution, and implement
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a local, regional and global team.
  • Possess excellent written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is a must while Bahasa Indonesia would be desirable.
  • The diversity of the region will call for previous experience working with other APAC countries and in particular experience in managing campaigns in Singapore, Indonesia, India, Japan and ANZ.
  • The candidate should also have proven experience in demonstrating how they have pivoted their marketing plans due to the challenges in the last 18 months.
