SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day. 

We are looking for a ASO Manager to join our Organic Growth team.

In this position, you will be part of a team that is responsible for growing SciPlay’s Apps’ organic visibility within the different app stores and web browsers.

As our ASO Manager, you will lead and shape our App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy. The ideal candidate will be a result driven marketing expert, with a proven track record of improving marketing KPI’s. In this role, you will need to have a strong analytical and creative mindset who can work collaboratively with the creative studio, analysts, tech, UA and game studios.


  • Create and implement best-in-class ASO strategies to increase the conversion rates on the app stores to grow our games organically across all stores
  • Run continuous A|B tests on icons, screenshots, app previews and videos to increase conversion rates and improve rankings.
  • Develop, execute and track tests for all our games leveraging analytics tools such as App Annie, SensorTower, App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis in multiple languages.
  • Collaborate with the Design team and lead the creative process for optimizing our ASO assets.
  • Manage app store ASO updates on App Store, Google play and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with various members of the game team to gain visibility into product roadmaps, gain insight into the games and support up and coming game features within the stores.
  • Organize and manage weekly ASO meetings, to communicate the ASO strategy
  • and report on the ASO results and achievements to internal stakeholders
  • Focus primarily on ASO but be willing to develop other organic revenue sources
  • Keep up with the latest ASO and mobile marketing trends and bring in innovation, new knowledge, tools and platforms that further our ASO efforts.


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing with a track record in improving conversion rates.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to details, with the ability to clearly communicate results and to define next steps.
  • Background in Excel, and technical skills.
  • Excellent English - written and verbal.
  • Passionate about storytelling and brand representation, that will help communicate and guide designers and copywriters.
  • Proactive approach, super organized, strong problem-solving skills, independence, ability to multi-task and very strong communication skills. Understanding of SEO, paid user acquisition such as Apple Search Ads and UAC is a plus

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with: App Store Connect and Google play developer console.
  • And tools, such as: App Annie, SensorTower, Mobile Action or AppTweak.
  • Familiarity with mobile tracking and MMPs - preferably Adjust.
  • A good understanding of the algorithms that power the app stores and have extensive knowledge of ASO.
  • Experience in the gaming app industry – a strong advantage.
