What is the job

IronSource is seeking an energetic Account Executive in Sao Paulo Brazil to help grow our partnerships with mobile app developers and agencies that utilize ironSources enterprise solution platform for mobile OEMs and Carriers – Aura – to promote their apps.

The individuals primary responsibilities will be to identify, negotiate and close deals with Android mobile app developers and agencies for the promotion of their apps/clients apps on the platform.

As the Account Executive, well look to you to identify new business opportunities in the market, build relationships with mobile app developers and agencies, and ultimately close deals to expand ironSources rapidly growing proprietary solution for enterprises. 

The Account Executive is expected to come with a relevant rolodex of leading mobile app developers and agencies to open doors, present the company to high level executives and win their business.

To be successful in the role, youll need to have a comprehensive understanding of the mobile ad ecosystem, the ability to understand and sell technical product solutions to developers and agencies, to handle both short and long sales cycles and to convey a high level of expertise when speaking to prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Key focus is on developing relationships and closing strategic deals with agencies and mobile app developers within a wide variety of verticals (games, social, news, streaming, entertainment, finance, e-commerce, QSR, music and more).
  • Regularly schedule in-person meetings with app developers and agencies to present the platform and its services. Primary focus will be on User Acquisition teams, Growth teams, Business Development teams, and high level decision-makers.
  • Represent ironSource at industry events and conferences.
  • Generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and obtain new clients. 
  • Constantly look for ways to grow revenue among your book of business and work with the Demand Operations team to make it happen.
  • Work cross-functionally to help connect supply and demand teams to reach company objectives.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets for the assigned region and globally.
  • Provide customer feedback to applicable internal teams to improve our product offering.
Requirements
  • 1 – 3 years of Business Development or Sales experience
  • Experience in the mobile app industry, particularly as it relates to advertising technology
  • Intimately understand and articulate technical products and services to clients
  • Ability to sell robust technical product solutions to mobile app developers and agencies
  • Able to think creatively about the needs of your targets 
  • Strong presentation skills and a desire to get up in front of an audience of smart and intimidating individuals and successfully sell our products
  • Creative deal making ability, including financial analysis, forecasting and imaginative deal structures that achieve ROI
  • High energy with strong work ethic
  • Must be bilingual in English & Portuguese
  • Required location: Sao Paulo Brazil
