Your Mission

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on digital marketing and esports to drive and implement CODMobile Mexico Social Media, Community & Esports Product Strategy. You understand our players and their needs to connect to the brand in and out of game. You are a born storyteller that lives and breathes product. You are a stellar communicator and use data to drive strategic planning. You understand conversation triggers and are able to generate a digital brand footprint. You are a standout colleague who can easily balance structure with dynamic environments. You will understand where the local market is headed and the needs of our players to focus our products on the areas of the greatest impact. You are also responsible for launching these products to brands to allow them to connect in meaningful ways with their consumers and to our game studios to allow them to thoroughly engage our players.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and incorporate the Social Media, Community & Esports plan to drive and grow player engagement, support the CODM Mexico efforts with a resonant and authentic local flavor that will fuel meaningful conversations and build on player trust
  • Drive the creative development of regional marketing assets to support and augment global campaigns with a hyperlocal focus.
  • Identify, onboard and manage local vendors who can partner with us to deliver the most resonant campaigns to local players and viewers.
  • Manage product updates via on community updates, such as on Discord
  • Create and run community giveaways, and other engagement efforts on social platforms
  • Engage with players on various social media platforms or app stores through comments
  • Work closely with Mobile esports to team to support global esports initiatives in region
  • Identify, strategize, and executive region specific cash cup tournaments to grow player engagement in game and drive product marketing messaging
  • Manage expectations and results deliverables.
  • Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class product marketing communications to players.
  • Research and monitor competitive social media, community & esports ecosystem and talent.
  • Produce and manage the execution of the regional chapters of globally driven events with a focus on crafting a regional experience for players.
  • Develop, produce and manage the execution of local events.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management
  • Experience in developing, managing, and implementing mobile marketing strategy
  • Experience in Esports marketing, product marketing, creative, digital content strategy
  • Experience in YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and overall Social Media Strategy
  • Analytic and data driven
  • Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong teammate, with strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter and motivated to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Building programs that map to business goals, demonstrate audience insights and showcase creative excellence
  • Working with agencies and contractors, ensuring quality of output and clarity of roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced
  • Building relationships and managing talent, influencers and content creators
  • Passion for mobile gaming
  • BA/BS degree from top-tier school
