AdColony is looking for a Sales Manager for our Dubai Office. The ideal candidate should be team player who's hungry to learn and grow their skill sets as well as pick up new ones on the fly.

Job Description:

You are employed in the role Sales Manager, selling mobile advertising to both clients and agencies in UAE. You will represent AdColony as a dynamic sales leader for the region, continuing to drive our growth ambitions & the companies leadership position in the mobile advertising space.


·      Minimum of 3 years+ of relevant experience in the mobile & digital advertising industry.

·      High energy, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

·      Strong set of existing relationships with brands and agencies at all levels.

·      Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising and mobile advertising ecosystems.

·      Effective communication skills.

·      Candidates who are based in UAE will be considered only


• Selling mobile advertising inventory and solutions across AdColony video network,

• Evangelize and prospect into ad agencies, top tier advertisers and Fortune 500 companies,

• Identify, target and acquire new business opportunities,

• Develop and cultivate client relationships, with an emphasis on superior customer service and positive client experience,

• Extend and maintain these business relationships to all levels from manager to junior marketing professionals,

• To have a portfolio about the media sector and to maintain its relations under the company and have a revenue impact for the company,

• Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned accounts,

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base,

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives,

• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends,

• Coordinate with Sales Ops to oversee proper execution of campaigns and insure alignment with customer objectives,

• Forecast, track and report sales performance,

• Drive new revenue generation via lead qualification and prospecting,

• Meet & Exceed quarterly revenue targets as set by sales management,
