The AC Team Lead is a guide who helps the team stay on track. They provide support and insights on items the AC team hasn’t gone through before, as well as an extra set of eyes on projects. The Team Lead is someone who knows the sales cycle and can find creative ways to support the Sales team. The team lead challenges the AC’s to be proactive and to continue to learn from their mistakes. They provide a structure for the team to go off of, encourage a culture of collaboration, and provide the space where the team can learn from each other. They problem solve with the AC’s on how to make the workflow better, faster, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for when mistakes happen along the way.

In this role, you are introduced to multiple aspects of the business. You work with different teams daily to come to a mutual understanding of how to reduce noise for the AEs. Working with multiple internal teams can give you a clear understanding of where you thrive and where you want to see your career growth at Braze. The culture on this team is collaborative, fast paced, and equitable. The team is always learning from each other for new ways to help and support their team they support. The AC team has a ton of knowledge and understanding of what it takes to close a deal in an organized on time manner and does what they can to keep it smooth and quick for the AEs.
