Were looking for a Business Development Manager to help us to continue to grow our mediation platform. The individuals primary responsibilities will be to identify, prospect, build relationships, negotiate and close deals with mobile app developers for both the ironSource monetization solutions as well as user acquisition/app installs .

To be successful in the role, youll need to have a comprehensive understanding of the mobile ad ecosystem, the ability to understand and sell product solutions to developers, to handle both short and long sales cycles and to convey a high level of expertise when speaking to prospects.

We are looking for an extraordinary Business Development Manager to join our team in the U.S. and help grow our portfolio of app developers utilizing our solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct own sales strategy, manage Salesforce pipeline reporting, provide market insight to drive revenue growth and product enhancement
  • Continuously look for new sales verticals that can benefit from ironSources suite of products and direct the team accordingly
  • Generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals (social, utilities, entertainment, and more) and obtain new clients
  • Evaluate critical players in the ad tech space along with their technologies
  • Work closely with different business teams to prioritize and support decision making
  • Create economic and financial models that support business decisions
  • Constantly look for ways to maximize revenue amongst the new publishers you acquire and collaborate with the Publisher Operations Growth team to make it happen
  • Collect customer feedback and stay current on market trends to refine and improve sales pitch and strategies
  • Represent ironSource at industry events and conferences and manage our teams presence at each event
  • Use internal BI and analytical tools to drive business decisions, process decisions and improvements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, prospecting, or (especially) sales development already
  • Strong understanding of how mobile ad networks operate, including familiarity with associated business models, mediation, ad serving technology, ad exchanges, programmatic advertising, etc. 
  • Ability to intimately understand and articulate technical products and services
  • Creative deal making ability, including financial analysis, forecasting and imaginative deal structures that achieve ROI
  • Ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a high paced environment
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills 
  • Organized and able to manage daily schedule
  • Great at networking, opening doors and maintaining strong relationships in the industry that result in long term business partnerships
  • Motivation to seek out knowledge online in industry publications and by following industry leaders
  • Be ruthlessly competitive
