The global gaming industry is already a $207B industry and the fastest-growing consumer entertainment activity. It’s commanding more and more consumer attention and is now the most popular entertainment activity for all Australians +18.

The largest sector of this industry is mobile gaming accounting for 51% of the overall gaming revenue. Mobile gaming is now a $120B industry and twice as big as the global box office. Mobile gaming is overtaking social media in popularity and is predicted to be a $2-400B industry by 2025. All Brands need a mobile gaming strategy. Otherwise, they will lose eyeballs on the millions!

Your Job Purpose

The Client Services Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding of new advertiser partners and management of key accounts, collaborating on proposals to brand marketers, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in proposal development. The individual will work cross functionally with other departments internally to provide a high service levels to our clients.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Manager

  • Managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account — onboarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, reporting etc.
  • Work closely with the Strategy, Client Services, and Tech teams to help drive the overall goals of the clients' campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day contact with top-tier clients to deliver value to the accounts through revenue lift, brand control, and escalation management.
  • Optimize, track and analyze the daily performance of campaigns.
  • Demonstrate your knowledge of the mobile industry and apply that expertise to building deeper client relationships.

Experience and Competencies of the Client Services Manager

  • Three to five years of digital account management experience within mobile industry
  • Strong analytic and mathematic skills
  • Excellent communicator (written and spoken)
  • Team player, high-energy, driven, revenue-focused work style
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product launch environment
  • Good ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Savvy in handling multiple stakeholders and clients
