Title: Graphic Design Intern

Job Location: London

Summary of Job’s Purpose: 

We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our growing creative team. You’ll be assisting our Art Directors working on engaging paid social ad campaigns to create thumb-stopping creative using best practices for design, video and animation. In addition, you’ll be working with our marketing team to assist with high-quality web content and digital marketing materials to promote our brand, service and value proposition. There’s a lot of autonomy, opportunity, and creative flexibility to be had – we just need the right person for the challenge.

The Position:

  • Assist with design of paid social ad campaign assets including promotional overlays, videos and static banners
  • Collecting and preparing creatives for approval and review presentations 
  • Assist with researching and maintaining brand guidelines for clients
  • Assist with cataloging creative work for internal teams

The Requirements:

  • Completed coursework toward a BA/BS in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Video/Animation, or related
  • A diverse portfolio that includes social, branding, advertising, web design, video and animation work; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered; online portfolios preferred
  • Applied knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications - especially Photoshop, XD and After Effects
  • Knowledge of video editing with Adobe Premiere a plus
  • Familiarity with Web protocols including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Have a passion for social media, data, and ad technology
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently, while being not afraid to ask questions whenever they arise
  • Have a strong attention to detail and high personal standards of work
  • Be highly organized and adhere to team processes and asset management systems
