WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Simply put, this role is a SaaS Sales "Hunter" with a track record of closing new business. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years full-cycle selling experience of SaaS Solutions to mid-market clients. Responsibilities will have included outbound prospecting, maintaining and forecasting accurate pipeline and closing deals in competitive and complex buying cycles. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on non-ERP solutions. Experience selling analytics, CRM, marketing automation, digital media publishing or content marketing solutions would be the best fit. Prior experience should include collaboration with Marketing/Sales Enablement team including input into the lead generation process, Solutions Consulting/Solutions Engineering on technical discussions and SDR/BDR to drive outbound prospecting.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 5-7 years of full cycle SaaS Sales Experience from prospect to close, as an Account Executive. Experience selling martech SaaS is preferred.
- Expertise in selling value over features and comfort in building quantified business cases and ROI.
- Ambitious self starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment
- A proven networker/connector in your daily life through in-person networking events, social media and other mediums
- Coachable and open to constructive feedback - you prioritize self learning and development, have a strong work ethic, and a drive to excel
- Adaptable & Resilient — you understand that change is constant, and you embrace it
- Strong forecasting acumen with prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM, or other CRM used to manage sales pipeline
- Trained and incorporates MEDDPICC or other relevant sales methodology into deal management is a plus
- Prior experience in a startup technology company is a plus
- A strong network in Indonesia across marketing/product/data personas.
- Experience selling into Indonesia is essential.
- A fluency in Bahasa will be advantageous
