We're looking for a Publisher Account Manager to work on our North America Supply team. The ideal candidate is a team player who's hungry to learn and grow their skill sets as well as pick up some exciting new ones on the fly. The Publisher Account Manager will be joining our New York or San Francisco office and will report to the Director of Account Management, North America.

About the role of the Publisher Account Manager:

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of mobile publisher business models, priorities, and product roadmaps, to identify and pitch compelling strategies for optimizing performance with our product
  • Cultivate an understanding of performance benchmark metrics for publishers in various market verticals, and develop strategies for optimizing these metrics
  • Deliver regular performance reviews for publishers with data-driven and actionable insights
  • Monitor daily revenue results to identify and provide timely response on discrepancies
  • Up-sell by identifying mutually beneficial opportunities for publishers to implement alternative ad formats across our platform/stack
  • Maintain knowledge of the technical features of our products, to efficiently oversee the integration of our SDK, working in partnership with our Sales Engineering team to support test integrations in QA and/or staging environments
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in current developer trends, with a focus in mobile gaming
  • Capture and relay data-driven business/market feedback and recommendations on revenue opportunities to key stakeholders regarding product features and requests
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events

About You as a Publisher Account Manager:

  • Recent, relevant experience, and demonstrable success in account management or similar client-facing role within the mobile advertising or gaming industry
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience supporting data analysis and reporting, leveraging Excel/Tableau/Metamarkets, etc. 
  • Willing and able to own end-to-end customer needs/requirements
  • Passion for building enduring partnerships with clients 
  • Superior communication skills - you will be the go-to-person for our partners - interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success
  • A highly-motivated person, with a strong bias for action
  • An innovative, creative problem-solver
  • Exceptionally well organized, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
