Programmatic Account Manager
What is the job
The ironSource Team is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Monetization Manager to help Aura, one of ironSource’s most innovative products succeed at scale. As a Monetization Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing some of the company’s most strategic partner accounts and will have a key role in leading these partners to achieve growth and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day relationships with clients – Grow and optimize strategic accounts
- Analyze Ads performance in order to optimize and scale existing campaigns and create insights for global teams
- Manage the integration of all monetization platforms (GAM, pre-bid, native ads, video, etc..)
- Working closely with product and R&D on the design and execution of monetization elements
- Manage and monitor A/B testing (demand, features, platforms, ad units, etc..)
Requirements
- B.A/BSc degree
- Native English or similar
- Experience managing big scale customers
- 2+ years of experience within In-app ads monetization experience: mediations, APP demand – A Must
- In depth knowledge of GAM
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Independent, self-motivated and fast learner
Advantage
- Previous experience in working in Ad-ops positions within online companies
- Knowledge in both mobile and desktop online advertising
- Solid understanding of the online advertising world
