What is the job

ironSource is looking for a seasoned senior Sales professional to join its Europe management team. As a Senior Advertising Sales & Partnership Lead your key responsibility would be to leverage your industry expertise and vast network to build and manage new partnerships with mobile advertisers (apps & brands) in the Southern Europe region and maximize their business and growth on ironSources Mobile Carriers & OEM platform. The ironSource Aura platform helps the worlds leading Mobile operators and OEMs to manage content, apps and services offering to their customers across various digital interfaces and touchpoints on the device in a personalized way. The Aura solution is currently active on more than 250M mobile devices globally and is launched on over 700K new mobile devices daily.

Responsibilities

Position ironSource Aura as a leading player in the mobile advertising industry in Southern Europe through leadership, education and your industry expertise, networks and relationships with key members in the industry 

Initiate and develop new strategic relationships with advertisers and agency contacts in Southern Europe and secure advertising and media budgets to convert them into profitable partnerships 

Grow Auras revenue in Southern Europe across all verticals (i.e. eCommerce, utilities, entertainment, OTA, OTT, transportation, fin tech, etc.) 

Build, track, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

Liaise between existing ironSource Aura clients and HQ customer success team to assure health and growth of existing business 

Work across different functional teams to articulate and develop new value propositions that meet evolving advertiser needs

Conduct quarterly business reviews with all key clients 

Requirements

 Existing network of relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem in Southern Europe

Vast experience in performance marketing 

Strong track record of closing deals with mobile advertisers in Southern Europe

Proven ability to identify opportunities and exploring new business leads in the Mobile advertising industry 

Exceptional communication skills

Verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills in order to succeed with various stakeholders across the globe

The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload, as well as handle details accurately while keeping the big picture in mind will help you succeed

Strong negotiation skills 

Having an understanding of or previous experience in the online or mobile adtech industry is a plus but not required 

Self-motivated and a team player with a can do attitude that is willing to go the extra mile.

Fluent in English and in Spanish or Italian 

30%-50% travel (client meetings, conferences)
