Digital Turbine is looking for a talented Growth Manager located in Austin, NYC, or San Francisco/Bay Area to join our DSP team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, team-oriented AdTech professional, eager to learn and evolve their career, and make meaningful impact in the AdTech industry with a highly innovative, growth-oriented market disruptor company.

About the Role:

Reporting to the US Vice President of Performance & Brand Revenue, the Growth Manager will be responsible for 

  • Delivering on customer retention, revenue growth, and product usage expansion targets
  • Owning the strategic direction of our largest accounts
  • Working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to meet partner requirements.
  • Ensuring the accommodation of core partner needs and measuring the impact/value of meeting those.
  • Executing advertiser insights frameworks and developing reports to share insights with key stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Effectively collaborating and partnering with DT’s Advertising Sales and Supply Teams

About You:

  • 5-7 years of online media, or other advertising experience is a must-have.
  • Capable and competent managing and responding in a timely manner to frequent demands of multiple customers - both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated success in account management – able to quickly come up on speed on key/named accounts and make an immediate impact.
  • Experience working effectively with global and remote teams.
  • Successful history of quickly building rapport and developing positive connections with customers, teammates, and internal/external partners and stakeholders, both in-person and across all communication channels.
  • Adept communicator, comfortable engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and sharing information in a credible way that builds trust and rapport.
  • Analytically minded and data-driven with a keen attention to detail; comfortable using large sets of data to craft a narrative that influences customer behavior.
  • Experienced with and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up type environment.
  • A problem-solver who takes a positive approach to challenges and enjoys leveraging their influencing and negotiating skills to achieve successful outcomes.


Although not a requirement, we would love to know if you also have any of the following:

  • Understanding of the advertiser monetization landscape and ad operations.
  • Prior experience doing partner development within the digital media strata.

$100,000 - $125,000 a year
